Residential house, boundary wall damaged in cloud burst in Anantnag

Srinagar, July 15: A residential house was damaged in a cloud burst in Dooru area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district Sunday late evening.

An official told news agency Kashmir Scroll that one residential house belonging to Abdul Majeed Najar, son of Khaliq Najar resident of Yekadburo Gawas Dooru Anantnag and boundary wall belonging to Mohammad Amin Chopan son of Abdul Rehman were damaged due to cloudburst and flash flood on Sunday.

He said that one cow belonging to one Abdul Aziz Magray son-in-law of Mohammad Ramzan died in the said incident.

He, however said that there was no loss of human life reported in the incident.

He said that further proceedings in this regard have been taken up.
