Qazigund, Jan 16 (KF): A passenger vehicle met with an accident near Al-Stop in the Mir Bazar area of Qazigund in the Kulgam district on Tuesday.

Reports stated that all nine passengers on board were safely evacuated by locals and the Kulgam police.

Eyewitnesses reported that the accident occurred due to slippery road conditions.

The prompt action of local residents and the police ensured the safe rescue of all passengers without any major injuries.

Authorities have urged commuters to drive cautiously, especially during the ongoing harsh weather conditions.
