Srinagar, June 10 (KF): In an important update for commuters, the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has announced urgent maintenance and repair work on NH-44.
The work will be carried out between Nashri and Banihal during the night of June 11-12, 2024. As a result, all types of vehicular movement will be suspended for the entire night.
Additionally, no vehicles, including those carrying fresh perishables and livestock, will be allowed on NH-44 from Qazigund towards Ramban after 6 PM on June 11, 2024 (Tuesday).
Similarly, vehicular movement from Nagrota (Jammu) will be restricted after 5 PM and from Udhampur after 6 PM on the same day. (KF)
