PDD inspector electrocuted to death in Srinagar

Srinagar, Feb 14 (KF):  An inspector of the Power Development Department (PDD) was electrocuted to death in Parimpora area of Srinagar on Wednesday morning.

Reports said that a PDD inspector of Watal Kadal sub-division identified as Imtiyaz Ahmad, resident of Chattabal Srinagar, suffered burn injuries after receiving electric shock while repairing a wire in Parimpora this morning.

They said he was rushed to SMHS hospital for treatment. However, doctors declared him brought dead. (KF)
