Srinagar, July 15 (KF): Special Investigation Agency on Friday said that NIA court Jammu dismissed bail application of Journalist Fahad Shah and other.
The SIA said that today, the Hon’ble Special Judge NIA, Jammu has dismissed the bail application of accused persons namely Abdul Aala Fazili son of Late Mohd. Rafi Fazili resident Humhama Chowk near Airport Road, Tehsil and District Budgam, Kashmir, J&K and Peerzada Shah Fahad son of Basir Ahmed Shah resident of Samboora, Tehsil and District Pulwama, Kashmir at present Dawood Colony, Anchar, Soura, District Srinagar, Kashmir, J&K, involved in Unlawful Activities to propagate the false narrative of the secessionist as well as the terrorist to disintegrate the sovereignty and unity of Union of India and to motivate the Kashmiri youth to exhilarate the subversive activities against the popular government in case FIR No. 01/2022 U/s 13, 18 of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act {UA(P)A} and 120B, 121, 124, 153B of Indian Penal Code (IPC), being investigated by State Investigation Agency (SIA), Jammu.
The spokesman further stated that The accused Abdul Aala Fazili has written an article “The Shackles of Slavery will Break” and published it in the monthly magazine “The Kashmir Wala” as a part of the ongoing strategy to build and propagate the false narrative against Union of India to disruption the territorial integrity by seceding the Jammu and Kashmir and annexing with Pakistan. The write-up is highly provocative, seditious and intended to create unrest in Jammu and Kashmir to abet the gullible youth to take the path of violence and create communal unrest.
It is worthwhile to mention here that the State Investigation Agency (SIA) is a Specialized Agency, which has been constituted by the Government of Union Territory, Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) for the investigation and prosecution of militancy-related cases. State Investigation Agency (SIA) has begun a war against the mentors of these types of false narratives, reads the statement.(KF)
