Srinagar, July 23 (KF): Weather conditions will remain cloudy with light to moderate rain/thundershowers in Jammu and Kashmir during the next 24 hours, the Kashmir Weather department said on Saturday.
Current: Parts of Srinagar, Kulgam and a few other places are receiving thundershowers.
Forecast: Today, rain/thundershowers are expected at many places in Jammu and Kashmir, particularly in Kashmir region.
Generally weather will stay mostly cloudy, with below normal temperatures.
Intensity of showers will pick up around Baltal, Chandanwari and Amarnath Holy Cave, in the coming hours. A watch should be kept to monitor the changes.
“As being shared and asked by many, any chance of heavy spell is ruled out. No threat of floods. There can be a heavy shower but no heavy rain spell is expected,” Kashmir Weather. (KF)
