Gunfight breaks out in Kulgam area

A fierce Gunfight broke out between militants and government forces in Nawapora Mirbazar area of South Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Wednesday.
According to Kashmir Police Zone, they wrote on twitter, “Encounter has started at Nawpara-Mirbazar area of Kulgam. Police and security forces are on the job.
Further details shall follow,”.
As per the sources two to three militants are believed to be trapped. (KF)
