Srinagar, July 13: There is no forecast of major rainfall in Jammu and Kashmir during the next 7 – 10 days.
Although, on a few occasions, a short thundershower/spell can’t be ruled out, especially in Jammu region, where these monsoon showers are dominant.
The dry spell will lead to a further drop in water levels of springs and rivers.
Day temperatures are also expected to stay above normal, especially during the next week.
