18-year-old Found Dead in Suspicious Circumstances in Anantnag

Anantnag, May 23 (KF): A youth was found dead under mysterious conditions inside a shop in the Kokernag area of South Kashmir.
Official sources said that on Thursday morning, 18-year-old Imtiyaz Ahmed Kilar was found hanging in a shop where he was working, in the Narupora area of Watnad in the Kokernag belt of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
Upon being found, the 18-year-old was rushed to the hospital, where he was declared brought dead.
“His body will be handed over to his legal heirs for the completion of last rites,” they said.
Meanwhile, the police have registered a case in this regard and launched a further investigation into the matter. (KF)
