Jammu and Kashmir High Court Announces Summer Vacation

Srinagar, June 06: The Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh High Court announced a twenty-day summer vacation on Thursday.
The vacation period, effective from June 10, will culminate on June 29, inclusive of both days.
“The period commencing from 10th to 15th June, 2024 shall be a ‘No Work Period’ for the Hon’ble High Court,” reads an order.
The Court has named four judges, two each in the Srinagar and Jammu wings, to hear all matters of urgent nature.
At the Jammu Wing, Justice Rahul Bharti will be hearing urgent matters from June 17 to 22, 2024, and Justice Mohd. Yousuf Wani will preside over the court from June 24 to 29, 2024.
At the Srinagar Wing, Justice Moksha Khajuria Kazmi will hear matters from June 17 to 22, and Justice Wasim Sadiq Nargal will oversee the court from June 24 to 29, 2024. (KS)
